Marla Renee Chapa is a distinguished Navy Veteran and a leader in the real estate industry. Originally from southern Texas, Marla discovered her passion for real estate after purchasing her own home in Mount Vernon, Washington. After countless hours of research and personal experience in buying property, she decided to embark on a career in real estate, juggling her academic pursuits with the responsibilities of caring for her three young special needs children.
Her tenacity and hard work paid off when she completed her Master's degree and achieved her Real Estate Broker credentials. In her first year as a Realtor, Marla exceeded expectations by closing 14 successful transactions, an achievement that reflects her determination in a competitive industry. Seeing the need to further her expertise, Marla obtained her Managing Brokers license and began building a team of equally committed agents.
Marla's drive for excellence extends to her commitment to giving back to the community. She is an affiliate of the Homes for Heroes program, where she contributes 25% of her commission to qualifying clients who serve as healthcare workers, firefighters, first responders, military personnel, and teachers. Additionally, she donates 5% of her commission to the Homes for Heroes nonprofit, supporting various grants and charitable initiatives.
